- An estimate of the expenses involved should be obtained from the garage when you take your vehicle there.
- The surveyor should be contacted to have your vehicle inspected and an estimate obtained. A copy of this estimate should then be submitted to the surveyor.
- The insurance company will approve the work after checking the survey report submitted by the surveyor.
- After the work is completed on a cashless insurance claim, you will be able to retrieve your vehicle by paying the claim login charge and any liability as per the policy. The insurance company will deposit the remaining amount into the garage account.
- The garage will require you to pay the entire bill in cash if you have not opted for a cashless policy. You will then receive the bill and receipt as proof of payment.
