How to check Coolant ?

To check the coolant, first allow the vehicle’s engine to cool completely. When the engine has completely cooled down, you have to check your coolant level. Near the radiator you will see a transparent or white colored tank with a mark of coolant on it. A mark indicating full or low is placed on the coolant tank. Check the level and if it is low then you can top up the coolant.

How to check tire air pressure ?

To check tire pressure you need a tire pressure gauge. You can check the tire pressure before driving the vehicle or after 3 hours of driving. You should use a digital gauge because it is more reliable. By placing a pressure gauge in the tire valve, the gauge will show your air quantity (PSI). Compare this with the sticker on the driver’s door or the owner’s manual.

How to check Air filter

air filter is placed at the top of the engine. Use a screw driver to check the air filter OR Open the air filter assembly by removing the clip. If the air filter is dusty, clean it and reinstall it.

How to check Hand brake ?

There are many ways to check the hand brake. Start your vehicle and apply the hand brake. After this you will have to move forward slowly. If the vehicle starts moving forward then it means that there is some problem with the hand brake of your vehicle.

Electrical checkup.

If you are driving a car at night then it is more important that all the lights of your vehicle work properly. Like headlamps, tail lamps, indicators etc. You should check them properly.

How to check Air condition ?

You can use a digital thermometer to check the air conditioning. First of all, open the glove box located in the dashboard of the car. There is an AC filter inside the black box. Remove and clean it, then turn on the AC and check the cooling of the AC by placing a thermometer in the AC vent.

Warning light checkup ?
